Our travel consultation gives you tailored medical guidance based on your destination, trip style and personal health needs.
We cover:
- Your medical history and current health
- Who is travelling (family, children, group travel)
- Destinations, itinerary and planned activities
- Country specific risks and prevention guidance
- Food & water safety, climate considerations, hygiene advice
- Recommended vaccinations and medication
- Fit to Travel advice and documentation
After the appointment, you’ll receive your personalised travel health plan electronically, making it easy to refer to before or during your trip.
Follow Up Appointment - Vaccinations & Medication
If pre trip vaccinations or any forms of medication are recommended, we’ll arrange a follow up appointment at your nearest Emerald clinic.
This may include:
- Travel vaccinations
- Antimalarial prescriptions
- Medication to prevent or treat common travel-related illness
- Timing and dosage scheduling
- Fit to Travel documentation where required
